Senorita London is offering FREE DELIVERY on all online orders over £50.00, after coupon (50PLUS) is applied. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.
- We deliver anywhere in the U.K. At this time, we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
- Shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.K. addresses. Shipping is not available to P.O. or B.F.P.P. boxes due to shipper restrictions.
- Your shipping & billing address must exactly match the location where your debit/credit card bill is sent.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Senorita London. (Note: For hygiene reasons returns on jewellery items are not accepted, unless clear evidence is provided that items received were damaged upon receipt)
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
All items must be unworn.
All Items must be in their original packaging.
You must include the original sales receipt.
Before returning items to our store, please complete the returns form that will arrive with your purchase.

Orders delivered to UK addresses can be returned using the following method.
For returns, use the address label provided with the parcel.

We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, simply fill in the form that comes with your order, stating the size you now require and return in the normal manner.
How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive the item back for your refund to be processed. It may then take 2-3 additional working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Please note during SALE periods, this can take a little longer.
